Shipping policy

We do our best to send orders in packaging that is robust and adequate for it's size.  We can not be held responsible for delays, damages or lost of package.

If you find that your order is delayed or possibly lost contact us and we will start an inquiry with the shipping company. 

Due to automatization, orders are not necessarily insured to the full replacement value. If you would like your order to be fully insured reach out prier to placing your order to discuss this.

In the event of lost, damaged or delays orders, the possibility of a replacement orders will not be sent out before the shipping company has finalized there inquiry.  If it is deemed that there was negligence on our part in the packaging, shipping information or documents provided for international orders, a replacement order or refund could be issued.

In the event that an order is being or has the status of being retuned to sender. Replacement orders will not be sent till the order has been returned and inspected or that the shipping company has finalized there investigation.

International orders may encounter additional fees such as duties, taxes or tariffs.  We are not responsible for the collecting or paying of these fees and are the customers responsibility.
